Our Team

Executive Director

Mariya Tuzyk

Manager with extensive experience in non-profit environment, focusing on child protection programs, MHPSS, MPCA, education and youth development. Coordinates program teams and communicates with international partners.

Program Advisor

Valentyna Triukhan

Highly experienced program manager who has been working with IDPs since 2014. Assists in finding new partners for NAVKOLO. IDP from Zaporizhzhia.

Training Coordinator

Yuliya Khabik

Oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs to ensure beneficieries receive relevant and effective development opportunities.

Livelihood Specialist

Nataliya Bodnarchuk

Specializes in assessing, designing, and implementing sustainable strategies to enhance economic opportunities and improve living standards for communities. Career counsellor, cash verification specialist, case manager.

MEAL Specialist

Yaroslav Zyhriy

Skilled MEAL specialist who manages and analyzes program data within databases, transform raw information into actionable insights driving positive change.
